I suggest you set up a phone call between Scott Liolios and your mutual fund manager friend. Talking to institutions is what Scott does best. Scott's number is 714/574-3860. Tell your friend that Scott is the Investor Relations contact for TAVA and that he can forward full information. Scott will be glad to call your friend and answer any questions.

RAVEL, I'm not going to jump on the veracity of your post, but I do find it interesting that you join SI today and you post:

"All, need a little help...A friend of mine manages money for a large mutual fund company. I've convinced him to buy into a small TAVA position."

Do you see anything ironic in this?

<<He is very hesitant on doing any more than get his feet wet due to the outlook for Y2K stocks beyond 2000. He does think TAVA has very good near term prospects, unfortunately I am having a little trouble convincing him that TAVA has a good future beyond 2000. >>

I voice your friend's concern. I just took a small position in TAVA. I hesitate to take a larger position because I am concerned about its future beyond Y2K. Any opinions in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
