Will the market view this as good, bad or just yawn?

Regards,

Don

JMVHO:

This is a message to Mr. Teo and anyone else looking for a quick buck (see my previous postings) from the board of directors. Also, the average guy,
hoping for a Teo bailout, just got the preverbal skewer. In a lot of cases, this would
bold well for the average shareholder. But now, you have to wait for the Hackman to
get the price of the stock up all by himself. Remember what he said during the CC? He
said that there was a "sense of urgency" regarding Cirrus's cash position. His idiotic
response was to adapt a shareholders rights plan. Yeah, the only rights you have is to
sit back and watch him ruin this company!

>>The Rights will become exercisable following the tenth day after a person or group announces acquisition of 15 percent or more of the company's Common Stock or announces commencement of a tender offer the consummation of which would result in ownership by the person or group of 15 percent or more of the Common Stock.<<

AND:
>>If, prior to redemption of the Rights, a person or group acquires 15 percent or more of the company's Common Stock, each Right not owned by a holder of 15 percent or more of the Common Stock will entitle its holder to purchase, at the Right's then current exercise price, that number of shares of Common Stock of the company (or, in certain circumstances as determined by the Board, cash, other property or other securities) having a market value at that time of twice the Right's exercise price.<<
