Does anyone have a projection to sales and losses from xyplex for the June quarter and September quarter. How will these numbers effect analysts projections and is this what is holding back the stock.

History ahs shown extensive losses by xyplex. When is MRVC expecting a break even point and profitability??

Someone should ask management these questions.

Sector, while a 3for2 split would give a little recognition to the stock, I don't think it's something that will give this company the spark it needs. Splits really only accomplish two things that help the company-- first, it gets more shares out there for institutional investors to have a level of confidence with liquidity, and second it makes the stock more affordable to smaller investors.

Sure, it would be nice, but unless it's to add liquidity for fido or someone to feel more comfortable, I think it's a wasted move at this point. By the way, I'd prefer they wait for a 2for1 split. As far as shares authorized, that really doesn't make any difference in splitting the stock. Let's wait for this stock to get up to the mid 40's or so and split 2for1....

We have bigger problems. Mrvc has no institutional sponsorship. I do not believe you all have a real understanding of what that means. It means that there's too much stock floating around. You all have noticed that it takes 1mm plus in volume to get this stock up 2 points or more. But on 50k shares of down volume the stock could be down as much as 1 1/2 - 2 points for no reason. Why? Ask your Nasdaq market maker. There is no sound reason...it is a fact of life with OTC stocks. So what does it really matter if there's 28mm or 42mm shares outstanding? Not at all. What matters is whether there are large, long term holders (believers) in the company and that when the stock dips there's buyers and when it runs there are no sellers. You asked for it...you got it...my opinion! (It's worth what you paid for it!)
On a lighter note. My mole at Interop says things look great.

Good luck. I'm off to NYC for some business. Look for me pinching Maria Bartiromos Butt. If you see her slapping someone...it's probably gonna be me.
