Take your pick - MRVC's estimate or BEST's. From what I've seen this quarter, MRVC's should be correct. They are moving quickly on integration.

Perhaps the massive writeoffs of over $50 million relating to the Xyplex transaction and subsequent "restructuring" will strip out most of the operating expenses of the Xyplex operations preventing any losses attributable to the Xyplex operation if current sales levels can be maintained. With a sales increase, the acquisition would then be accretive as stated by management.
