How about an SI portfolio that's public with all the picks on it. Then everyone can check on it. Someone is bound to see one when the volume and or price jumps up. I know its not real time but it better than nothing.

In the morning I just dump a whole list of volume watch picks in an SI portfolio and with just one click I can see at a glance whats moving and whats not. I know it sounds simple put it works.
