To further complicate matters, we now here the company is stuffing the channel with product and that they changed their name to recall, repackage and reship the same inventory.

Where did you read, even in Katt's unbelievable column, that INPRISE would repackage and reship the same inventory that was to be recalled? We all know you are happiest when things don't go well for BORL but please stick with the facts.
