Dear Mr. Stein,

I am contemplating to include your letter in my site index. With your consent of course. And I accept your reasoning about your presence at "Roger's 1998 Short Picks", the same as I accept and respect the short selling of stocks as a healthy commercial practice, unless this practice is abused, creating additional financial advantages to those abusers.

You will note on my site that I make reference to Roger's, without including the man himself in any disrespectful format other then pointing out that he inadvertently provides shelter for individuals, adjusting, redirecting and abusing, the original commercial concept concerning the short selling of stocks, without the blessing of the SEC and the public.

In some ways the "Roger's 1998 Short Picks" thread reminds me of a newly constructed Church with a crying room attached, reserved for little children. Producers of noises, causing distractions in the flow of the main service. ( This subject will be addressed in due course)

Otherwise your letter contains valid points which I like to address very much and will, but not today as I have to look after my own priorities.

In the meantime I like to restate and extend my remark made earlier on this thread, when you raised the subject concerning Chairman Chadha's removal.

A shareholder, once embarked on the journey to reach the mountain top with OSICOMS technology one must accept the fact that one will encounter many natural trail blocking boulders. That is the way it is, as you say in the US. However if one encounters roadblocks erected by anti competitive forces and enemies of a free market, creating and utilizing the issue of smeared credibility, as to stifle OSICOM in obtaining finance through the stock market, then shareholders should rather unite and defeat the enemy instead of serving him a new face and a new target.

Every long term shareholder in OSICOM knows that the Chairman has a huge credibility problem and the great number of them would indeed rather see a new, preferable white face with impeccable business records attached.

Assuming that Chairman Chadha is total innocent of all charges brought forward, so far only by innuendo and cosmetic association. Then he is entitled to all respect and support any shareholder can muster up. Such shareholders should unite and join OSICOM and his Chairman in the law suit against DOW JONES and the magazine Barron's as there and only there, the cause for discredit and devaluation of OSICOM and the CHAIRMAN is to be found.

To me the Chairman Chadha is innocent and OSICOM on the Nasdaq exchange is a play and prey for greed and malice initiated by Barron's. That there is a follow up by opportunistic Market Makers, the competitors of OSICOM and people like Mr.Craig Crawford & CO.is a natural development.

Just consider Mr.Stein, if you would be Chairman of OSICOM what guarantees can you offer the shareholders, that corrupt market analysts, Market Makers and individuals like Mr.Craig Crawford and the consequential attracted crowd of wicked short sellers would leave you and OSICOM, without further stock trade restraining actions?

None, I presume. Only sales, sales, sales can remove the present boulder with the name credibility written all over it.

Can you sell what OSICOM has in stock? I propose to you that you sell the present stock of OSICOM and then we talk further.

All those shareholder-judges calling the Chairman guilty through his own actions in the past or through association with doubtful characters in his past, all learned through the Barron's libel, will act what they please anyway. You will receive their support in a flash. The market certainly demonstrates their line of thought for a considerable time now, otherwise OSICOM would show a $16 tick in my conservative opinion.

I am presently not in the market for dumping the Chairman. He is not the problem. I rather support him by voting for a substantial share increase and utilize the cash for getting the BEST HEADHUNTER in town to find agile and keen salesmen of the old school.Closers instead of " Here is my card ". Knockers instead of Deadfoots. I raise my prices and pay straight super commissions, because I know what a good salesman is worth and what they can do for me. Opas and credit card maggots as well as men with love hungry wives need not apply. The road is your hotel for a few years. Get my serves connected. Let's make deals and rock and roll.

And if my prospect wants a orange on the box instead of the OSICOM logo, just because my under pants have a few more break lines as my competitor? No problem kid. Anything you like.

Just sign here and give me a 30% deposit.

Have a nice day,
