I was able to get some real time quotes (but I did get a Server Error a couple of times too) and I did get asked for details about placing an order (which might have worked had I submitted it). My account details were unavailable.

I agree that this is very bad, but maybe not as bad is it could be.

Nobody home at the Chairman's Division. They open at 8 a.m., Pacific. Absolutely amazing. Incredibly casual company in the face of continued failures.

I've been on hold with online assistance now for five minutes.

BTW.... for those who don't know, the name of the guy who is most responsible for not getting the job done, the desk where the buck stops...... William Klipp.

Ah, just got through..... no, no customers can access their accounts. The problem is universal.
