WVMayor -- I'm reading and rereading announcement. The announcement is better than I expected because it names the parties and that ADCT will be the project manager. If it goes down, I will buy more. :) BellBoy

From announcement: On May 27, Foote intends to reveal his plans for strategic business acquisitions, sale of licenses, exploring sale for military application, contract status, additional business interest, and investment banking relationships. Is this really saying that there will be no more news until 5/27? Or is it just saying that is when we will learn about the future plans of PLFM. After reading the news announcement I still expect to see a release regarding the Brazil signing by the 15th.
