the korea situation is not good and prospects are that it will be getting worse in the near term. no one can predict when the crisis will turn around, I don't care who they are or what crystal ball brand they claim to have. check this site out. it's the best source that i know of with which to keep yourself apprised of what's going on over there. I think any upgrades are way, way, premature

Though I am not bullish on the semi-equip near term I do realize that you have a veritable cornucopia of long term pickings in this sector at this point in time.

I give the SB analyst a lot of credit - this is true longer term perspective investing (assuming no ulterior motives here!).

Now if only everyone on the street did the same I'd be happy!

(even if the stocks have to do a bit of a fall before they eventually recover, many of those targets do look readily attainable. He appears to have picked some very nice smaller caps, hasn't he?).

The forecasts re: 0 growth in 1999 from other analysts are I think too dire (for me) to believe right now.
