Timothy:

I am in the process of buying warrants on SAP common in Germany. I will pay about 240DM per share for the 1000DM strike price expiring in 8/8/2000. The underlying is 880DM.

However, you need to have a German friend or relative to purchase the warrants for you.

Thanks

Nicholas

Sometimes an opposing view can balance an investment decision. Don't get me wrong, I'm long SAP and have enjoyed all the research and comments presented, but the belief of this thread that this is an undiscovered company and that the NYSE listing will cause a big runnup maybe a little over done.

Besides the huge investment companies already mentioned here, I believe there are at least 6 other companies that follow the stock. SI itself has 100,000 hits a day I hear, most don't post just watch. Merrill Lynch brought out 8 months ago a new Global Growth fund, brought in 1 Billion dollars of new money. Its LARGEST holding --SAP--. There is lots of speculation on why this stock is up so much, yet most here suppose that this stock is still "undiscovered" or will "look like an IPO when it lists". The stock is up because there is alot of buying pressure. Its got to come from someplace.

If the current view of this thread is common among most holders of the stock, that is to speculate on the listing of this stock and wait for the "pop", then selling pressure not buying pressure may prevail on opening day. I think the spec is over. The investment opportunity remains. A special thanks to Ibexx for your ongoing views.
