While buying SAP warrants has its benefits, I think that there will be an explosive rally in the US ADR quite separate from the performance of the underlying stock SAP in Germany. I fully expect the US ADR to have a much stronger performance potential just from the mere fact of accessibility by US investors.

This performance could be akin to an IPO....Comments??

Pleae let me know the result of your conversation with your full service broker on buying SAP warrants. The only reason that I am having my relative to buy it is because I don't think US Citizen would be able to purchase Germany options or warrants. If one could buy it through a US Broker, I won't go through the trouble of another layer of indirection.
