You're kidding, right? Can't owners just return the units to the store if they are unsatisfied?

If I had to guess, I would say it depends on the laws of the state in which the dissatisfied owners live.

A few questions.

I came back to the thread today and nosed through some messages. I have to admit, it does look like you're (Rocky) being paid to post this stuff--if that's the case, then you should be ashamed of yourself.

Other than that, looks like things are about where they were a month ago. Couple of questions for anyone in the know:

1) is the 12.7cm zip out yet? and what about laptop OEM announcements?
2) anybody dig up anything concrete on tie ratios? Seems to me that disk sales may have been one of the things holding up the revenue numbers last quarter. With nearly 15 million drives out there, a 1 disk per drive per quarter has got to amount to more than $100 million. . .
3) any update on Click!'s inclusion in PDAs or Camaras
4) from my understanding the Jaz2 runs slower than the Jaz1 when accessing Jaz1 cartridges--any chance they might have the same problem with a Zip2? In my opinion that would sink a 200MB Zip, because of the large number of disks already out there. . .
