Can you find a better reference to back your position than a two year old article about a defunct part? I think the judge is going to have to throw the evidence out as irrelevant.

Wow Paul. You really are losing it. This story is about as relevant as the Pentium FDIV error.

Don't forget Intel is responsible for that crappy Celeron processor. No way to avoid this fact.
