Run that by me again. Does JV mean he will put out a press release explaining why the 10-K and 10-Q are not being filed, or what? Why doesn't he just file them with whatever qualifications or explanations that are needed and amend them later, if necessary?

Why are you confident the news will be good?

Do you think at some point NASDAQ will kick them off the exchange. I know you need to uphold certain criteria to be on the NYSE, so I'm assuming the same is true about other exchanges.

If anyone has any good info on this, please let me know.

Also, I can't believe any press release regarding the status of filing won't get shit from this thread. We want to see numbers now, not excuses.
