Tony, Do you happen to have a reference to the Yahoo discussion? I am curious as to exactly what was said.... There's a difference between speculation and rumor. And if there is some fact to base it on... There clearly has been a ''problem" with the NDA since it hasn't been filed yet. But what matters is if the stated reasons for the delay are correct or not. If the NDA gets filed in the next several weeks, we should be on track. But if it doesn't, there is a PROBLEM :-( Cheers, Torben

Tony, I tried searching every part of Yahoo that I could think of, but I couldn't find anything recent. Are you sure you got this from Yahoo? Was it part of an interactive chat session that doesn't get recorded or something like that? Thanks, Torben

I think I found it. Tony, is this the one: Why is Ligand down among all of this positive mews about biotech? I am long Ligand, but I am getting nervous, It was down today on a lot of volume, on a day it got mentioned favorably on CNBC. Actually it was also mentioned on CNBC last week as one of three picks by a biotech analyst(sorry I can't remember the guy's name). I am worried that there is a problem with their NDA filing and that is what is moving the stock down. Is there anyone else who gets a feeling that everyone knows something that you don't? Nervous, Eggman
