I started a position in DIGI in early March when my Dain Rauscher broker brought it to my attention. At the time, we just discussed the fundamentals and whether to wait for the earnings. I am holding with an average cost of a tad over $18.

We have not mentioned DIGI lately but I will ask about the buyout talk the next time I call.

We joke about him being early on his buy suggestions but he knows I would rather wait than chase.
