Yongzhi,

Prefect timing, was thinking the same thing. Since it's now public knowledge, I'd suggest that we say who Telesp is and that they where they successful bidder for the Sao Paulo area in the privatization of Telebras (TBR). Telesp consortium consists of BellSouth (BLS), Safta Bank, RBS TV, Sao Paulo Newspaper. I agree it's probably not appropiate to expand on the space program at this time. PLFM can stand on its own, without hype.

Yongzhi,
In my search for additional info, I found in their 4/20 earnings report, where BellSouth (BLS) mention that they're estimating at least 500,000 new wireless customers in the Sao Paulo area. Generally BLS this very conservative on estimates. I also review the conf-call transcript (2/11), where the boys was estimating $91 per month per customer for cell phone services. Thats a gross revenue of 45.5 mil per month. There has been several different %%% number batted around, first PLFM's estimated gross revenue was 10% with EMC involvement, then later it was estimated at 50% without EMC involvement. For the year that's 54.6 mil to 273 mil gross to PLFM. Can you recall accurately PLFM's gross %%%, I've tried verify the 160 mil ###'s thats been mentioned for this single contract value.
