I looked at ARTS on monday. At one point the bid was 22 1/8 and the ask was 22 3/4. What is going on when a stock has such a big spread? How do you find a buying point?

Thanks for the input I would agree....not a normal trade for myself either. But I saw the momentum and just could not resist.
