Yongzhi, I've looked every where for Telesp web site for some time now and can't find anywhere. I'd assume that since it's a new JV, that BLS hasn't put one out yet, probably til they're open for business. But will still search. What you wrote is perfect, short sweet and to the point. In my quest, located a couple new articles that I thought everyone would like to see: biz.yahoo.com Note this paragraph; "...Analysts agree, however, that some spinoffs, such as Telesp fixed line holding, Telesp cellular and Telerj cellular, will appreciate in value after the split while others will remain less attractive or lose value after the reorganization..."
