Here's something for everyone to ponder: In the NR PLFM stated that the next milestone is May 27. Everyone is interpreting this as there will be no announcement of Contract signing till then. I think there is a very good possibility that ADC will be announcing all contract signings since they are the project manager. I'm still waiting for a phone call from ADC IR vp Mark Borman. That's one question I'm going to ask.
