Futures are up .. everything says UP UP UP ..

But then there is no money to buy!

Of course .. the Fed draining money has no effect..right?<g>

I did not do it either but that is what we all say we will do when these sell-offs occur.......and then when the time comes, amidst all of the gloom and doom about an impending bear market and so on, the fear takes over.

But as I have said before, every year we see a couple of really good sell-offs when stocks seem to be at fire-sale prices--at least when compared to where they have been ... and that is the time to get on board, for a decent move.

BTW, surprised that you did not comment on the CNBC report that during the Greenspan/Clinton meeting the former was going to advise that the Fed is looking at raising margin requirements to 65%--as a way to reduce the likelihood of a bubble. I guess you did not hear the report.
