Yet another in a seemingly interminable series of irrelevant posts. Please give us an idea, Jim, of how many BUSINESSES have their employees connecting to the Internet over analog phone lines, so we might better understand exactly how this relates to WinStar. This last post is so stupid it's not even funny, but thanks for trying to inject some humor anyway.

Dear James:

I know this will land me in the pig pen, but given I
have been called a rat on the CVUS Yahoo thread,
animal comparisons do not bother me. Your ignorance of
broabdand access technologies is an embarrassment.
AS SteveG and I tried to explain to you yesterday, ADSL
is intended for home users who download more than they
upload. Businesses (WCII's market) need symmetric
lines. On book which lays things out simply for
nontechnical types such as yourself is:

George Abe: ''Residential broadband'' by Cisco Press.

You can get it from amazon.com

I posted this advice in spite of the fact that it is
becoming increasingly clear you are not interested in facts
and figures, but in making a pest of yourself. Please move
on. If you have a wife and kids, take them out, talk
to them, do something constructive.

If you are interested in making a bear case for WCII,
inform yourself, and try to give reasons which are semi
coherent. Right now, you are not coming even close.

Have a good day,

Bernard Levy
