<<4 FOR 1 EXCHANGE(not reverse)=2.00>>

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it must be a duck! Sounds like a reverse split to me.

Hey Cheryl and Brad. You have said that Ira has emphasized that there will be no reverse split.

So, do you believe:

A. Ira is a liar and he plans a reverse split?

OR

B. This person is a liar and he is not Ira?

Those are the only 2 choices.
(I personally believe "B."

Ira,

Let's do it...especially if it takes us to NASDAQ !!!

Just don't increase the float after the exchange.

Why would the expected EPS be .36??? Shouldn't it be .44 (.11 x 4). Are you saying we're going to lose 18% of the company to do this reverse whatever-you-call-it?

Folks - if this ira offer is really true - we need to know (1) How many warrants would be received for each share of FAMH presently owned ? and (2) When would these warrants expire ?

Hi FAHMily,

I'm new to this thread, but not new to FAMH. My view about this warrant thing is that it sounds a little desperate. If everything is kosher-as we are led to believe- then this stock should have no problems reaching the required price level for a NASDAQ listing. Besides, I hate the idea of reducing my profits.

Longer than I planned to be,
HiHopes

P.S. A stock split by any other name is still the same

Could someone please explain to me the difference between a 4 to 1 exchange and a 4 to reverse split? Other than the offer of warrants, I do not see the difference. Thanks

Ira,
It would appear that the majority on this thread give your latest idea a huge thumbs down. We would appreciate some damage control here and some accountability for the constant delays and unmet promises. You know that all we are waiting for is the financials, so what gives with this cat and mouse game of yours? hardly professional IMO.
Tony, still long but don't know for how long, patience wearing thin!
