It would be a reverse split if the warrants weren't tied to it.

Warrants make it a good deal. Even better deal if exchange was accompanied by audited financials to make the earnings estimates more believable.

I would love to scream "I'm In" but could someone explain EXACTLY how this 4 for 1 exchange works? Not a reverse split? WHAT IS IT??!!!???

......BEFORE WE RESPOND....There are many knowledgeable people on this board. Who among us can comment about the after affects of a stock exchange? Assuming 60mm shares outstanding, the OS shares would be reduced to 15mm, what would be the float? What would be the psychological impact on shareholders and lurkers of a share exchange?
