<< .....Jin....Is it not true that the financials to be reported, are only from 12/31/97? This in no way reflects the position of the company, today!>> This is true. However, we want to see the financials to know if FAMH has been telling the truth. If we can trust them for 1997, we can stop worrying about 1998.

Buckeye, I agree. I think that there are many who still doubt that the '97 financials are and will be what the company said it will. If the company can put out preliminary numbers of what they did in the first quarter, I'm all for it. Perhaps even a mid second quarter update given the new acquisitions. Jin.

Buckeye, Your correct. But, we have been told that an audit was performed by an outside accounting firm and those are the numbers that are being forwarded to the SEC. It shows that these numbers are real for the period covered. Your correct that the current business profile only slightly resembles last year. The SEC filing is nothing more than good faith and an establishment of official financial reporting. Per my earlier conversation with IRA he told me he wanted the SEC filing process to run its course - but also stated he WILL RELEASE THEM TO THE INTERNET IF THEY HAVE NOT BECOME AVAILABLE FROM EDGAR BY FRIDAY. He sounded honest. Now we have to try to hold on to this last bit of hope that all is well and the numbers are enroute. I am in the wait and see camp hoping that the man can prove his sincerity by being true to his commitment. Kevin
