Paul, Thanks for update on the Convertalbe Bonds. Have you made any progress today on your moral delima of recognizing Celeron as a crappy chip? Have you missed the announcemnt by Samsung about being the first in production with the 264K Dram. Is Intel still in talks with Samsung onver an investment??

Obviously many investors agreed with that statement even though I detected your inevitable tone of sarcasm .
To real AMD investors , this financing is a feather in AMD's cap IMO
they financed at a very low 6% and incurred minimal stock dilution of 10% but only after the stock rises above $37 . They now have at their resources adequate financing to forge ahead in their plans to take 30% of the CPU market ,
