Citibob,

Four trades totalling 2200 shares took us down to 3, all the volume has occurred since then. I have never really understood this MM thing so read into it whatever.

I'm a little surprised the stock price didn't get a bounce from the
CEO announcement. Perhaps the delay in the press release had something
to do with it, but still, it seems like a positive move that was not
reflected in the price.

Perhaps today's fall is attributable to the slightly more tangible
possibility of a S.C. state lottery to compete with VGM's?

My scenario for a recovery is as follows.

1) New leadership comes on board
2) A positive opinion from the S.C.Supreme Court on the lottery
question
3) Strong 1st quarter results
4) Outreach to shareholders, including a strong and well-substantiated
vision statement, a conference call, and a response to our
questions, all prior to the annual meeting
5) Escape without major damage from the S.C. legislative session
6) A few smart acquisitions
7) No more major screw-ups

I don't think we're far enough along on this agenda to say "nothing
short of a buyout will get this baby to move". Obviously, item
#1 by itself will not do the job. But it's a start. And notice that
all of this could happen by July 1, though #6 may take longer.
#7 is obviously open-ended, even more so than usual because the recent
string of screw-ups will require a large measure of redemption.
