I check bngo quote from AOL based on the source of S&P comstock. It lists:
outstanding shares is 9,287,000
eps is 0.16
pe is 20.7

Sometimes I find the quote from AOL is different from that of other source. I am not sure the real outstanding shares. Based on 10-k, we have less outstanding shares, higher eps, and therefore low pe.
Last time I questions the outstanding shares, and still not sure what number is true.
Do you have some idea about this?
