Pugs been reading your continual rantings and while it appears you want for me to become an active poster on this thread by mentioning my name so frequently, I have no interest. Enough is already known and investors can freely decide if they are interested in this company or not.

You are confused about the SEC investigation and my comments or questions regarding it, and you should post my statements that you so freely make up.

There has been one confirmation by a shareholder of an investigation:

You tell me about the SEC investigation, but I do know that there is one going on at the moment and I am not to overly concerned about it in the least.

Well it looks like the SEC has a private investigation being conducted on TVSI. I received a Duces Tecum subpoena from the Denver Office of the SEC via FedEx.

Your buddy Riley advised of an investigation by the SEC of the company, TVSI. He did not mention others. Comments regarding an investigation being false and lies should be directed to
Riley, not me.

You state Planet Sports is a large private company, back it up.

You state revenues could be $100,000,000. Starting from basically zero that is tremendous growth and almost unheard of in business. Back it up. Those are your statements. We all agree pumping is wrong, back those statements up.

Good luck to all. Pugs, you are wrong and hurt the shareholders by dragging in others. I recommend you focus on the company and not stir up controversy which will not be beneficial to the other shareholders who have invested here.

>>He bought TVSI on the verge of bankruptcy, and , via Liberty Capital, orchestrated a beautiful reverse merger with a large private company, PLANET SPORTS, run by a securities attorney. <<

As you know Thomas Raabe is the attorney for TVSI and has been for quite sometime, there is basically nothing wrong with going public through a shell but can you please, please explain what this large private company, PLANET SPORTS does. Where is it located, what is their current business, what revenues do they currently have, etc. Other than some hazy plan to be an acquirer of other companies, what indicates to you that they can produce the revenues you are talking about ? From all appearances the hoopla so far has simply been a means for insiders to lighten their load of the stock they gave themselves. Can you give specifics about the business ?
