Hi "s',

How are you doing? Maybe, in spite of all that I have heard about your legendary DD, you neglected to notice that I am a shareholder in TVSI. It's not a good move to attack stocks that I am INVESTED in. Did you get the point of the caps? This is my money and I don't need you or your ilk here trash it. Go away, "s", you have no business here. I, on the other hand, do have BUSINESS here.

BTW, have you ever said anything good about a stock?

no regards,

AD

Mr(s). Martin,
As we were informed by the company's release, the merger has been finalized and they have 15 days to disclose the particulars. I have read on this board where you stated the merger was non-exsistent. Are you now changing your opinion in this matter?
As far as the particulars you long for, within 15 days you will have the honor of the information as will shareholders and other small investors.
I do believe there will be much to hear from TVSI, stay tuned.

Good day

RB

>>He bought TVSI on the verge of bankruptcy, and , via Liberty Capital, orchestrated a beautiful reverse merger with a large private company, PLANET SPORTS, run by a securities attorney. <<

As you know Thomas Raabe is the attorney for TVSI and has been for quite sometime, there is basically nothing wrong with going public through a shell but can you please, please explain what this large private company, PLANET SPORTS does. Where is it located, what is their current business, what revenues do they currently have, etc. Other than some hazy plan to be an acquirer of other companies, what indicates to you that they can produce the revenues you are talking about ? From all appearances the hoopla so far has simply been a means for insiders to lighten their load of the stock they gave themselves. Can you give specifics about the business ?
