I Bought 10,000 at $.32 this morning. However, I would like to buy more after I get more definitive information on the number of shares that will be issued to buy CC.

If the $15M price tag is based on the closing price the day the deal closed then they have to issue a wopping 55M shares. However, after speaking to the IR person in NY, he stated that the deal was based on $2+ stock which is where TSIG was trading back in Novemember/December 1997, when TSIG and CC management got together. If thats the case then we are talking a dilution of only 15M more shares for a total of 48M shares....not bad and a stock price potential of $10-14/share (based on market caps of KTEL, N2K, CDnet).

However, if the dilution is 55M shares then we have 88M shares out for TSIG and a stock price potential of $3-5/share.

Either way, TSIG will be a huge winner, but i'd rather have 48M shares out after the merger than 88M, wouldn't you all??

Does anyone have first hand knowledge on the exact amount of stock issued for the $15M price tag?

Thanks
TOM
