The insider information you posted has been priced into the stock since last November! And you present it now as relevant news!

Hahahaha!

Usaully insiders act on their form 144's very soon (within weeks) after they are filed. Sometimes they have even sold before the forms reach the SEC, though strictly speaking this sounds illegal. Do you know the loophole they use to accomplish this, and get the sales done before the forms are made public? They are made public within 24 hours of the forms being filed, or last November, in the case of the stale and irrelevant information you presented to this thread, as I have already stated.

What is the loophole they use? Share your deep knowledge of the stock market with us, please.

Actually, on second thought, if the most recent insider selling at CHKPF is nearly six months ago, it is quite a positive sign.

The fact that no insiders are selling, at a company in the tech sector where insider selling is quite common partly because so much compensation is in the form of options, is good news for CHKPF.

Thanks for pointing out the good news, DDRISK, even if you botched the interpretation of the information. When information is put in the right hands, its true meaning comes forth.

Most recent report from GSCO on CHKPF:

(Can you spell STALKER?)

* reiterates market outperform rating

* says CHKPF will to continue to differentiate itself from both its larger and smaller competitors

* says product portfolio expansion reinforces the enterprise-wide network strategy long espoused by the company

* expects operating expenses to return to normal levels

* notes stock trades at 50% discount to its growth rate

All in all, a positive report from GSCO.

Remember, don't bite the hand that feeds you!

Are we cracking up yet?

Happy Investing!
