I think the reverse split and warrent sounds ok, but we need
sound data to base our decisions.

To give an example, IRA indicated that the 1998 eps would be .36.
Over the weekend, Brad gave a calculation of about .20 based on
75 million shares. If Brads estimates are reasonable, then the
EPS would be .80. But IRA quoted .36, Therefore the current float
must be about 150- 160 million shares based on the data provided.

We need the audited financials released, the 1st quarter financials
released, and we need a profoma statement about the future.

Brad, I absolutely agree. On top of that, just my own speculation, but I think all of this negativity will pass shortly.
