JIN, I am simply amazed at the lack of knowledge by so many people about warrants.

People need to understand:

*** You give up 4 shares at (for example) 50› and GET IN RETURN...

1) 1 share valued at $2.00 +

2) (for FREE) 1 warrant valued at a minimum of $1.25
(and if FAMH is "listed," it will probably trade at around $1.75).

So, let's see... that's giving up $2.00 and getting back about $3.25 to $3.75!!

NO EXTRA MONEY changes hands. Warrants are a BONUS!!!

Jin, I know YOU know this, but the lack of knowledge from so many of the others tells me that it's no wonder they have so much trouble.

Knowledgeable investors make money. And I believe there are plenty of knowledgeable brokers that post on this thread with the pure intent of scaring people out of their shares.

For anybody that has read this far, I'll share this...

Ira is driven. That's his greatest strength and it's also his greatest weakness. I think he probably "stepped on some MM toes." Very big egos on both parts here and neither side is willing to budge an inch.

And Ira has done some terrific things with this company. Sure, he has missed on the time frame of some things. But he has also delivered on some very BIG things.

I really don't care what internet investors think about FAMH. They're tired and worn out. And it's the perfect time for them to be separated from their shares cheap.

I think the fundamentals of this company are there to justify a much higher stock price, but it won't happen until the financials show up on EDGAR. That's the key at this point.

The "exchange with warrants" deal is a fantastic deal!! Smart investors will snap that up in a heartbeat. But tired, ol' internet investors that don't understand will simply sell out cheap.

Six months or a year from now, they will happen to see FAMH selling at $15 or $20 (not including the warrant value!) and they'll say, "Wow! You know, I used to own that little stock, but I sold it at 42›."

I think there are many, many good things going on within this company. At this point, it makes no difference to me what scare tactics are thrown around on this thread, I think this stock is going up and I intend to stay on board for the ride.

I think Ira put out the "exchange with warrants" idea today because he assumed people would understand the value of it. But obviously, most of them don't!!

What can I say?! KNOWLEDGEABLE INVESTORS MAKE MONEY!!

OK, I've said what I wanted to say. I don't give a flyin' flip what LE, or Mackie, or Citidude or any of the other manipulators want to harp about. They do what they do for $$$$$$. Make no mistake about that. I do, too! But I like to have others make money along with me.

I've had a piece of this company since last September and now it's May. I suppose the bashers will say I "pump & dump." What a joke!

I'm not here to convince ANYBODY to buy or sell a stock. Sure, these are just my opinions. I share the information I have and encourage everyone to check it out for themselves. If anybody feels uncomfortable with their investment, they should quickly get knowledge or sell.

I've done all I can do and now I'm NOT going to spend anymore of my life's precious time sifting through "bonehead" posts on this thread.

If anyone wants to ask or tell me anything, please just PM me, e-mail me, or post directly to one of my posts somewhere and I'll try to get back to you.

Jin, you're a good man! And there are lots of other good people out there. But, unfortunately this thread has been overrun with just too many sleazy, slimy cons and too many "cows."

Very best wishes to you all!
Brad
