Crossy,
Slow down on the pundit thing. No need for that. You're right, PSR weighted with an industry profit margin is correct in valuation, but I didn't read that in your last post, it looked like you were using straight sales.

I doubt if anyone really puts much weight in PE's, especially on OTC stocks, as your example shows. And you're right about bankruptcy, but who wants to stick around. The outcome of weighting the PSR still is an estimate of earnings which is what I was getting at as being important. I believe we're both looking at the same things but from different angles having the same outcome. My post was not intended to offend you, sorry.

I'd like to see your analysis of ALYA, you obviously understand how to look at financial statements.

Sincerely,
MKTBUZZ

Crossy,

Warren Buffet would never invest in this kind of company because he is a VALUE investor and shies away from technology. He admits he does not understand technology companies and claims he doesn't even use a computer. He would also never invest in Alya because it is a startup, he requires his companies to be operating successfully for years before he invests.

I think we all can agree that with a Development Phase company such as Alya much of the stock appreciation is based on expectations.

Based on MY research and understanding of technology I expect GREAT THINGS from this little company.
