All: Is there a site on SI that specializes in advice on the responsibilities of brokers to their clients? I got a nothing done on a trade on Friday evening, then was e-mailed on Monday during the trading day that the order had in fact been filled. Since I don't check my e-mail during the day, I went thru the day thinking the order was unfilled, and I was still long.

The stock was UTI, and the sell fill was at 18.5. The reason I tried to sell was that I didn't want to take it home for the weekend, but would have bought back in on Monday had I known my sell order had been filled.

E-schwab - whom I shall soon be leaving, as soon as the ACAT hits them - denies any responsibility.

Any ideas on where I might go for advice?

Jenna, I have recently been successful day-trading lower priced stocks with a 1/4 to 3/8 spread between bid and ask. Do you know of a system or program for identifying stocks appropriate for this method of trading?? respectfully submitted, Saulmon
