PMFJI Don - I watched S Jobs closely today on CNBC

Have always held he wants a mega deal from AAPL to take the job but there may be another factor active since Sept. 97 .

He wants the job , is doing the job , but by officially signing on his Pixar holdings will suffer more than AAPL can afford to compensate him (yet) .

Amelio's explanation that Jobs wants to be assured of AAPL's success 1st was not shown in his body or vocal language today when asked on CNBC .

His leaving AAPL is remote , as it would also require his Board Chairmanship resignation , plus any resignation huff would hurt Pixar also .

Just don't see Jobs leaving as a current problem , but actually a bullish event if he signs on .

Regards,
Jim K.
