I tend to agree with Bob here as long as this does not become a pattern.

Actually, if you figure the insiders have the best sense of how things are developing, and where the stock is headed based on the deals in the works and the prospects of closing them (see Wahoograd's earlier reports), it shows a high degree of fairness for Mr. Sprague to sell significantly ahead of the news and not profit by timing the sales with maximum visibility for the company. Arguably, it would not be wise for him to be selling if bad news is around the corner, so it may be a positive sign after all.

Wahoograd, are you sure the April 15 S-1 has been approved by the SEC and those shares are now registered? And has there been notice of an intent to convert the preferred to common, especially those shares held by the March 1998 Reg D investor?

The rumors are now getting almost ridiculous. I dislike being in the dark if others are in the know. The company should not drag this out too much longer if there is in fact news to report.
