Ludo.... I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you are wrong. My Jersey broker friend has the March DTC sheets on MDIX. These sheets tell you who owns stock (by brokerage) what they started the month with, what they ended the month with, what they paid. Based on these sheets, and correcting for turnover of certain shares since the sheets were printed, it's possible for a tender offer of $.75 to attract up to 14 million shares, with a most likely scenario in the 11.5 to 12 million range.
