From Telechart- BOP much better! Still red, but just a little bar as opposed to the offscale distribution reading of the past few days.

Ok. I don't have any data like yours so i'll take your word on this issue. I still think there is a great potential for this company and I hope to get more than 75 cents for my shares. If it doesn't happen, I will at least have been told by you that other scenarios were possible.

And for one thing, I want you to know I don't hate you to be the bear. Bears are as necessary as bulls on stock talks.

Mike
I agree with you on most if not all of your points, and I know that if we didnt have to
deal with this tendering rumor fiasco, everyone one would be satisfied at where we are
now. I can see the many hopes, and fears posted on the board! Hopes, by many of us,
that this company in time will become the "premiere, secure, inexpensive, way to
produce and transmit medical information over the internet". Yes it is the beginning of a new
era for those of us that are thinking this way, who have given the company time to get
where it is today. Who are willing to give the management the time it needs for its future successful steps in this industry. If another sales contract were announced, I know I would be happy,
not for how much the company or the doctors would make, but because the company
is taking one more step in the direction that I have envisioned for it. This is why I have
invested in it.
The fear......the fear is having to give up my shares! Mike, please keep posting to us,
we need you here!

Mike, how can you determine from the sheets that a $.75
offer will attract that many shares. Are you or your broker friend able to read the minds of the shareholders?

The arguments you present are not based on logical reasoning. You continually fail to answer the question of why anyone with a little sense would part with their shares????? cash value =$2M now + $9m fom sale +$10M
from lawsuit=$21m divided by 20m shares=$1.05/share

That does not include the other assests primarily
the software they own. Please explain your reasoning
