Ira, As one of your strongest supporters who sits quiet and holds for the long term and desires to keep adding to my position, could you tell all of us when the financials will appear on EDGAR. Sorry if I missed the latest update on this. I just signed on and do not have time to read all postings tonight. I think the release of the financials is crucial now to settle things down. We should be discussing the financials and not this other stuff that is alienating some strong supporters,
Thank you and keep moving forward, Dave

You didnt paraphrase it as a "suggestion." It took people doing damage control to say "wait it could of just been an idea".

You posted last night that you had a great idea to post to the thread that will make all shareholders money. So everyone assumed that was your great idea...

Constructive comment: Ask Tim at Wescott to find you another ATXI like company on NASDAQ, and this time do the dirty work behind closed doors, and when the deal is near completion ..THEN ANNOUNCE IT IN A JOINT STATEMENT... get on NASDAQ.. period. People are WILLINg to lose shares in a reverse merger because "buying" a NASDAQ listing is worth it. But not on a reverse split alone.

Mark

IRA, I believe you've been given the constructive comments already!! Here they are again if your haven't read them already.

1. Start buying back the stock at these cheap prices.

2. STOP!!!!!! printing more stock certificates.

3. Give us the financials on time.

4. Tell us about the website.

5. Concentrate on the company we have now. NOT more shell deals.

6. Forget about the NAZ for now. It would kill us, not help us.

Chris

Good Morning IRA...

I am a very small invester and I am still learning about BB stocks.

I have a few questions I would like to ask you.

Is there a time table(date) that you would like FAMH to on the NASDAQ?

If there is a delay or time table for getting the 97 financials through EDGAR can that be known. Like it may take 1-3 weeks or whatever. Or did someone screw up and they were lost and had to be resent to EDGAR.

I know that you are busy, and I also know that you promised the 97 financials to be on EDGAR. I believe that others and myself need some type of explanation of why they are not there.

The 97 Financials, first quarter, proforma, and new aquistions are very important to me, to others, to FAMH and ultimately you.

Thank you for your time and all your hard work. I am looking forward to a great 1998.

Oh, I almost forgot. About your idea of a 1 to 4 exchange with warrants. I believe at this time for FAMH and its shareholders that it would not be a good idea. I would rather see FAMH's stock price preform a lot better and build shareholder confidence in FAMH and you.
I believe that FAMH can get to NASDAQ on it's own merits. IF it does I believe it would be much better for the confidence of FAMH's shareholders and future investers.

Thank you again....Dennis W

GO FAMH GO!!!

Ira, will you please provide the shareholders with the header of the SEC 10K filing, so they know for sure it was sent and when, and to whom exactly for verification purposes? Simple non time consuming request which will alleviate many concerns immediately and restore some of your's and the company's credibility. TIA.

Ira: I don't understand the need for a reverse to bring down the number of shares outstanding. If this company is for real, then we are on our way to over 100 MM in revenues. Even with 50 MM shares outstanding at .40 a share that is a market value of only 20MM.

If you just stick to business and continue:
1) making the phenomenal moves that you make
2) Release the financials
3) stop printing new shares

Then this company will fly through the roof. Reverses and warrants and unkept promises make the situation look desperate.

Solid business practices and a nose to the grindstone attitude will bring back investor confidence and fairly value FAMH.

Best of luck. I'm hanging in their to see the financials. If we reverse, I'm out.

Sincereley,

Fubsy

Ira Based on waht I know about FAMH, I would recommend the following action.

1. Complete the filings with the SEC on 1997 and 1Q 1998 ASAP.

2. Assure the financials are up on EDGAR ASAP.

3. Give people time to assimilate the information contained in the above (1 week).

4. Give the stock a chance to increase in value based on the outstanding financial performance that you have turned in. Let's say to $1 or higher.

5. Once the stock has demonstrated that it can perform, which doubtless it will, consider the reverse split that will get FAMH to $4 and higher.

6. If you want to add warrants for existing shareholders, fantastic. Price them where it makes sense.

PS I am in support of the reverse stock splt and the warrants; however, the key, as well you know, is timing. Now is not the time. In the future, and not too distant, I might add, fine. The financials are the most important issue right now. With the strong results that you've turned in filed with the SEC your travelling road show will be a major success and buying pressure will doubtless return.

Probably the timing on the reverse split is June 30. One month after the completion of the May road show.

Dick
