So Microsoft is above the law in your estimation? After all, the DOJ is just enforcing the law, isn't it? And if the law says no injunction is proper, then there will be no injunction, right? But if the law says an injunction is warranted, then why SHOULDN'T one be imposed on Microsoft? Maybe you think only those laws that BENEFIT Microsoft should be enforced? JMHO.
