You forget the part of my post that says that the price could go down and then you make less (or lose). Typical of you LE!

Wink, you said nothing in your post about anyone losing money due to the isssuing of warrants. If you meant to say that and didn't, fine.

Exercising warrants would give the warrant holders more stock. It would not reduce outstanding shares, as you said in your post, but rather increase the total.

The new, lower share total would give FAMH renewed opportunity to issue a lot more shares of stock, something I don't think anyone has mentioned. Ira gets to keep the millions of dollars made off previous stock sales, and can make millions more on any issued after the reverse. Clever.

Enjoy the reverse split. Looks like the fix is in.
