<< My question is does anyone have proof that the NDA is still on target? >>

LGND's President said that the reason for the delay was to provide better data for the FDA, which could result in a faster approval process. Phase III trials were stopped early, due to significantly positive results.

For the NDA to be in trouble, he is either issuing fraudulent statements, or the tests were bogus, IMHO. Both of these scenarios are very doubtful.

We are all nervous and concerned about our investments. Must of us try to do as much research as we can to try and determine the value of an investment.

The criticism of tonyt was not because he brought up a legitimate question, it was because it was tonyt being tonyt. He seldom discusses the positives or negatives of LGND as an investment, but mostly makes personal attacks against Henry, and LGND as an investment. He offers very little substance to back his point of view, and only succeeds in annoying investors, and as a result, succeeds in making this thread more unpleasant than it has to be.

We all welcome pros and cons about LGND. The more negative points about LGND the better. Come on one and all! Why is LGND, now, a bad investment? We would love naysayers of substance. But, naysayers that are only here to knock everything, cause perpetual aggitation and annoyance.

Constantly reading tonyt's PMS type comments, and his "me-too" tag-a-longs, would get under anyone's skin.

Regards, and good luck, Bob

Didn't someone post the transcript awhile back of Ligands discussion with the FDA regarding the last delay?
