Charles,I do agree shareholder lawsuits are a no win,but deep pockets have suggested it.Also 8-9 a share would be cheap considering potential, just vs. the value of upstart companies that are getting bought or big contracts and don't even have a product in use.Perception is reality!Par could make himself 4-6mil for a 5 minute statement short term(within an hour) and50-100mil long term as evidenced by the reaction when Renn was announced and the market thought Par was leaving.Stock is acting good in a down market,Ihope something I heard rumored is going to pop.My opinion only. Hi all,

I am now in the InterOp show in LV. Osicom has booked a booth (as their name shown in the directory), but no show, any reason? Would they try to avoid Cisco's engineers coming around to copy their design :=).

Another good reason for you to replace Par, Charles, as I do not think you will waste shareholder's money to put a name on the show directory, would you?
