*OFF TOPIC* Brad, MISM is in the middle of closing a very large financing and then a series of large deals. I am very positive on this information. The transfer company says that they can't release that information to me but the company has to do it. I have a previous share count (as of end of 1997) but there has been a small private placement and some of the deals involved shares to be issued. The company can't give out this information because all is in transition. I was looking to find ou the magnitude of the private placement (if I can) to try to determine who would be selling at this point in time. It seems totally illogical to me. Just looking for other avenues for verification and information. Thanks. Personally, I think it sounds strange that a transfer agent (as hired by a public company) would every release information of this type unless authorized by the company. Transfer agents SHOULD NOT speak to anyone except company representatives and they should DEFINTELY not say anything that is not public information. As stated in my previous response, MISM is in the middle of some large deals. Information on share count is going to change dramatically so the information is not available until the deals close. They have made a 504 placement but the details of that have not been released and there is no way (in speaking with my attorney) to get that information. stay in touch and good luck with GLOW, leroyt
