Robert, 3COM already has ADSL products, so I'm pretty sure there will be no further acquisitions on their part. However, LU is another story entirely. I think you got yourself a winner in WSTL at these prices. Hal

<<One of my main thoughts on recently buying WSTL was just that from all I've read in the last coupla months I became convinced that xdsl technology was going to become widspread and rolled out in a big, big way over the next few years. I'm much more convinced of this than I am of cable net access becoming widespread in the next few years. When I saw what a bargain WSTL was I couldn't believe it.
