To me the stock was far far oversold! But the market prices are there below $30 now although my valuation for this stock is still over $55. This is a wild stock, isn't it?. What could I say? It is the opportunity to bring you $$$! I never complain for those sellers who were giving us the $$$. Instead, I want to say thanks to them. I don't care one week below $30 or even one month or longer (if more than one quarter, I might sell some so as to buy other flyers). None of those reasons that tried to explain the drop of this stock could convince me to give up my shares. What does make you to buy a stock? Good earnings, right?! Great growth potential, right?! Leader in a sector, right?! Excellent products that custom want and the markets need, right?! Those are the real reason to make you buy a stock. CHKPF has all of them! I might be doing something wrong, because what I am doing is against the Street words "Never fell in love with a stock!". I think I am falling in love with CHKPF. Am I?

Vanni, we cross paths again and not in the Jokes thread. I saw this stock recommended in another thread (ADPT), so thought I'd come and check it out. Why the big drop recently? Poor earnings? I guess I need to do some research. BTW, I'm totally out of SEG :-)), but still have some APM, which was even worse than SEG:-((
Did you ever read "The Wall Street Money Machine"?
I've been hearing about it for ever on the radio and finally bought it this week. I'm over half way through it already. Lots of good advice on writing calls, which I just started doing late last year. Since I started, my rate of return has improved dramatically. Of course, after SEG, just going into the +ve column was a major improvement.
Now, let me go read up on CHKPF.
Bye for now.

To Thread:

Please refer to my previous posts concerning the technical picture on this issue. It is becoming clear that we will see a retest of the recent lows and maybe see further lows to strong support areas of the low to mid 20's 22 - 25. We need to see large volume at these levels to see a final bottom. We should also see a turning point in late May.I hope the previous posts have helped in adjusting your positions according to your investment criteria.
