Hey ICE CUBE. I realize I don't speak for the company but at this time they are probably busy with launching of their WEB site. When I spoke with IR(Taylor) she told me their lawyer was preparing documents to be vountary reporting company. As many knows as a BB stock company you do not have to be SEC reporting company. I do believe your question needs to answered in the future but for now give it a rest. By the way have you became PNLKer yet? May carry more weight if you are an investor. As an investor I want them to concentrate their effort/energy on the WEB site now. I am sure fellow PNLKers will feel the same. John

I second Ice Cube on this. It is just a simply stated question. Glenn's explanations so far are appreciated. However I did not understand why he chose not to answer Ice's question about reporting status. I like to know that too.

As to Glenn's help online, although I appreciate it, I also look at it from a pragmatic point of view. There is an exchange here. Members of this forum are either investors or prospective investors. It is a great PR opportunity for him and PNLK. So if more people are convinced to invest in PNLK, he is rewarded already.

Simply put it is a business transaction. There is no need to thank him countless times IMO.

Mr. Zagoren, I invested in PNLK yesterday and just like Ice Cube here, like to know the answer to financial reporting status.

Thanks.

Mr. Cube,

Those of us who post on this board and consider our stock as an investment feel extremely fortunate to have the participation of Glenn Zagoren on this board.

He has given us forthright information on a very timely basis and managed to change the tone of things to a respectful reporting of facts from the alternating hype and fear that it was before, and many boards have disintegrated into.

Please be polite with him, so we can all have the benefit of his answers. I'm sure you know that audited financials are just one step in the of mountains of paperwork that is required from the SEC.

Ice cube-

You ask legitimate questions..(BUT)

========================================

Though I agree, the numbers mean nothing unless they're submitted. (Not a critique of PNLK, just sound advise) I think there are other factors that have to also be looked at and taken into consideration.

I also asked Glenn privately, where the credit line came from. and I am now doing here so publicly

I did add however that since he was essentially in a "brain power" industry as opposed to a component/manufacturing one ...$500,000 (which really ain't a whole lot) is probably more than enough start-up cap.

What did Microsoft and Apple start with? Money or an idea? Or in the case of Microsoft...somebody else's idea

Though the numbers aren't scrutinized yet, I try to keep questioning the legitimacy of pnlk, and can't generate the required cynicism primarily because of the liability PNLK would incur by associating itself with such big names like D &B and Proxicom.

If this were some sort of incredible super scam, the money they made would probably go to defending themselves against defaming the other parties through , what would have to be, unauthorized use of their names.

Let me know what you think...Private or public whichever you prefer.

Cube,

Chill out! You know damn well PNLK has not yet filed with Edgar. You've already checked. Stop the bull shit. It's only a BB "stincky stock" as your buddy Rudy would say. By the way, you guys using the same office or are down the hall from each other?

Your continued harping about "legit?" questions that you already have the answer to won't have the impact you expect. This company is embarking on a new business that effectively has no competition much less peer. I/we sincerely expect a resounding success from the concept and execution and when this happens there is a plan to become a fully reporting, NASDAQ listed company.

So, if you want to buy in while still at these levels buy in and be welcomed to the board. Your "contribution" will be appreciated. If the concept is still beyond your grasp or risk tolerance, wait and see.

In the meantime, your "disinterested" and obviously self serving comments, (at least to my radar,) will be viewed by the thread for what they are.
